“For me photography is a state of open mind – letting me get a glimpse of something bigger – inside out – images simply pop up out of nowhere when this happens and I do nothing. So what I aim to do is basically trust the formless wisdom in a world of form by looking in the direction of where our experience comes from and getting out of my head. I hope this shines through to the viewer so that they get a glimpse of their own innate beauty and see the wonder of life”

I consider myself blessed because of a series of encounters with the unknown in my life. I used to live my life mostly in my head and still do to some extent. But in 2009 something different happened. I had a close encounter with death – and I simply said to my self – it’s OK and in the next moment I felt a love for life that was bigger than me – I feel in love with life itself and started photographing my experience.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
